Worship
Said Eucharist - Sundays at 8:00am
Every Sunday at 8:00am we gather for an intimate Eucharist service (which means we share in the bread and wine of communion). It is a “said” Eucharist because there is no singing. This service is beloved by people who want their Sunday worship to be quiet (as well as early). We use the Book of Alternative Services as our guide. Members of the congregations share in leading worship as readers, intercessors, altar servers, and more. New volunteers are always welcome. The service runs for roughly 50mins.
Sung Eucharist - Sundays at 10:00am
Every Sunday at 10:00am we gather for a vibrant Eucharist service with lots of music. All liturgy, prayer, and song lyrics are projected on screens located at the front of the church. Sunday School program is available for ages 4+, from September through June. Members of the congregations share in leading worship as readers, intercessors, altar servers, and more. New volunteers are always welcome.Healing prayer is offered monthly. The service runs for 60-75mins. After the service everyone is invited to gather for refreshments.

Weekly Lectionary Readings
Most of the time we follow the Revised Common Lectionary as adapted by the Anglican Church of Canada. You can find that schedule of readings at: lectionary.anglican.ca ↗
Music
Music at is central to our worship as a community. We incorporate many traditional hymns as well as contemporary praise music in out worship. The Music Ministry Team practices on Thursdays at 7pm and no formal musical training is required to participate. If you are interested in joining our music ministry, please contact our Music Director Dr. Carl Bear at music@sthelens.ca
