Final Garden Fling

As the growing season winds down, it’s time to give our gardens the care they need to rest and recharge for the year ahead.  Our special speaker,  Nancy McDonald, a member of the Ottawa Horticultural Society and Master Gardener of Ottawa-Carleton, will provide an overview of end-of-season tasks that will help to keep your gardens thriving for the upcoming growing season with confidence and set the stage for a healthy, vibrant garden next year.

You will also have the opportunity to hear about the Green Thumb Community Garden that provides produce for the OCCRC Food Bank.

Light refreshments will be served.  There is no charge for this event.
