Advent and Christmas

St. Nicholas Day Party

On Saturday, December 6th, children and their grown-ups are invited for stories, songs, and activities in celebration of St. Nicholas (who just might make a guest appearance!) A spaghetti supper (with or without sauce) will be served at 5pm. Contact Rhonda with questions or register using the form below!

Celtic Christmas Kitchen Party

Kick up your heels with local band, Celtic Folk, and join in a Christmas carol or two. A light supper will be served (potluck contributions welcome!) Donations of mittens, toques, scarves, and socks will be collected for Belong Ottawa and Centre 105.

Quiet Christmas – for when the holidays are hard

Christmas is not always merry.  If you are finding this season difficult and need a place where it is okay to be sad at Christmas, bring your sorrows to God during this quiet prayer service and find a moment of peace in the midst of Christmas chaos.

Christmas Eve 9pm Eucharist

Celebrate Christmas at this joyful Eucharist. We will end the service in candlelight, sent out into the dark of the night in awe at the gift of the Christ Child.

Christmas Day

Welcome Christmas Day at this simple Eucharist. Pyjamas welcome!

Epiphany Service

Celebrate the visit of the Magi and prepare your heart for the year to come at this service of Holy Eucharist, followed by a reception, at St. Mary the Virgin (2750 Navan Road). We will bless chalk to use in blessing our churches and our homes at the service. Learn more about that practice here.
